Manna Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT: 40% Riesling, 20% Chardonnay, 15% Gewürztraminer, 15% Kerner, and 10% Sauvignon Blanc from four vineyards in the municipalities of Montagna, Egna and Aldino. The Guyot trained vines are 26 years old on average and grown on sandy and marly soil at 1,312-2,625 feet above sea level. The Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are fermented in barriques, while the Riesling and the Traminer Aromatico ferment in steel vats. The wines are blended for final fermentation. After blending, the wine rests sur lie for ten months before the wine is bottled. Golden yellow in color, the wine has a complex and layered bouquet recalling notes of elderflower, pistachios and rose petals. It stands out also for its complexity and concentration, combined with a soft elegance and a mineral structure. This wine was dedicated to Maria Luisa Manna.

Pinot Grigio Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT: 100% Pinot Grigio from vineyards located in the hills of the Dolomites in the Val d’Adige, at an altitude of 180-350 meters (590-1150 feet) above sea level with south to southwestern exposure and rich soil with a good amount of clay and a limestone rock base. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It then ages four months on its lees, the amount necessary to increase, body, depth and structure. Pale yellow, with a perfumed nose of acacia, sage and hay, as well as almond and sandalwood. The palate is exciting for its fine quality, elegance and freshness.

Traminer Aromatico/Gewurztraminer DOC: 100% Traminer. The grapes undergo a brief skin maceration, then cold fermentation in stainless steel. The wine rests sur lie for six months with frequent bâtonnages before bottling. Golden in color, rich, complex aromas recall orange peel, cloves, nutmeg and roses. Lively and flavorful on the palate, with fine structure and persistence.

Pinot Bianco Alto Adige "Lepus" DOC: 100% Pinot Bianco from the municipality of Montagna. The Guyot trained vines grown on clay and limestone soil at 1,310-2,625 feet above sea level. Before bottling, the wine ages sur lie for about five months in stainless steel and oak barriques in order to acquire complexity and full bodiedness. Brilliant straw-yellow color, with notes of fruits and spices which recall ripe apples, field flowers and fresh bread crust. Its decisive personality makes itself known on the palate, accompanied by an elegant and harmonious acidity. The end note is long, full, sweet and persistent.

Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC: 100% Pinot Grigio from the municipality of Montagna. The Guyot trained vines grow on clay and limestone soil at 1,312-2,625 feet above sea level. The wine ages for about four months on the lees, the period necessary to build up body, depth and structure. Straw-yellow color, with a fragrant floral bouquet recalling locust flowers, sage and hay, almonds and sandalwood. After an adequate time in the bottle, aromas of linden flowers and honey develop. The wine wins over the palate with its finesse and elegance, and for its fresh full bodiedness.

Lagrein Alto Adige DOC: 100% Lagrein, from the municipality of Egna. The vines are Guyot and Pergola trained and grow at an altitude of 820-984 feet above sea level. The vines are between 21-26 years old have a density of 3,000-3,500 vines per acre. The grapes are delicately separated from their stems and fermented in open vats. To avoid the excessive extraction of tannins, the must is not excessively pumped over the marc. After fermentation the wine is racked into barriques where malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine ages for 15 months. The wine ages an additional few months in the bottle prior to release. Deep and intense red, with violet tones. Its bouquet is very intense with notes of ripe red fruits, fresh grass, and cocoa. On the palate it has solid, velvety tannins and full bodied, ending with a long and enveloping finish.

Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC: 100% Pinot Nero, from the Mazzon, Pinzano, Gleno and Montagna hills. The soil is made up of sand, chalk, and gravel. The vines have a density of 3,000-4,500 vines per acre and grow at an altitude of 1,312-3,773 feet above sea level. The grapes are vinified on the skins in open vats with frequent cap punch-downs and pump overs. The wine develops in barriques for over a year, and a few additional months in the bottle. The wine’s bouquet opens with notes of black cherries and raspberries. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and lively, with elegant tannins. Harmonious and round, promising a noticeable pleasantness while drinking.

Pinot Nero "Schweizer" Alto Adige DOC: 100% Pinot Nero, from the Mazzon, Pinzano, Gleno and Montagna hills. The soil is made up of sand, chalk, and gravel. The vines have a density of 3,000-4,000 vines per acre and grow at an altitude of 1,155-2,310 feet above sea level. The grapes are vinified on the skins in open vats with frequent cap punch-downs and pump overs. At the end of fermentation the wine goes from steel to barriques, where malolactic fermentation takes place over a period of 12 to 15 months. After bottling, the wine ages for about a year in the bottle. Ruby red in color. The bouquet is complex with aromas of ripe soft fruits and cherries, spicy notes of pepper and leather. The soft tannins, with elegance and subtlety, have a long finish. This wine is produced during the finest vintages, therefore it is not produced every year.

Moscato Rosa Alto Adige DOC: 100% Moscato Rosa from the municipality of Egna. The Guyot-trained vines grow on sand, chalk and limestone at 820-984 feet above sea level. Skin maceration lasts a few days only, to avoid extracting excessively astringent tannins. Moscato Rosa is characterized by its bright ruby color and intense aromatic bouquet of roses, cloves, cinnamon and orange peel. Wonderful subtle sweetness on the finish.
