Santa Anastasia
Baccante IGP: 100% Chardonnay, fermented on the lees in stainless steel and barrique, where it sojourns about five months previous to another five months’ bottle age. Brilliant straw yellow with green reflections, the nose is elegant and intense, with distinct floral & fruity aromas (notably wisteria, citrus fruit, peach, grapefruit, and tropical fruit). Full, fruity, fresh and flavorful with excellent balance and a long finish.
Sinestesia IGP: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. “Sinestesia” - synesthesia in English - stands for those unique, magical moments when the senses seem to blend, when colors appear to have a texture or fragrance, and aromas evoke music or flavors...moments you find more often in Sicily than anywhere else! Intense, brilliant straw yellow with clearly defined tropical aromas, nuances of elder flowers and candied fruit. On the palate, the sweet impact finishes on a gradual, pleasingly bitterish and fresh, savory note. (Biodynamic)
Contempo Grillo IGP: 100% Grillo an indigenous white varietal. The vineyards are planted on very narrow terraces around the Abbazia with some 25 years old. The oldest vines are slowly being replanted. The wine ages three to five months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Straw yellow with light golden hues, fragrant nose of flowers, jasmin, green pepper, citrus fruit and exotic fruit confirmed on the firm, flavorful palate.

Concentration from small, well extracted crops, fine-tuned by a brief sojourn in second-usage barriques of Allier oak. Ruby red in color with violet hues. An intense, appealing, brambly nose reminiscent of berries and red fruit is confirmed on a full-bodied, concentrated, flavorful palate. Ripe and fresh at the same time, with spicy undertones.
Rosso Di Passomaggio IGP: A cru blend of 60% Nero d’Avola, 40% Merlot from elevated vineyards towering over the sea; color, body, depth and aromas in abundance, supple richness and balance, fine-tuned by a six to nine months in 2nd year Allier barriques and six to seven months bottle age. Deep ruby color; intense nose of great finesse and fragrance.

Full bodied, with great concentration and elegance, this is a characterful, long-living red, aged approx. a year in new barriques of Allier oak previous to six months of bottle age. Very deep ruby in color. Elegant and intense bouquet of ripe red berry fruit, spice and vanilla.
Litra IGP: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from older vines with a tiny crop of 1.6 tons per acre, this blockbuster red is one of Sicily’s cult wines, met with unanimous accolades, including Three Glasses from Gambero Rosso.
